Growth is at the core of everything we do. It happens in moments, one successful transition, one shared smile, one step forward at a time. Through carefully tailored ABA strategies, we help children grow into their independence, confidence, and voice.
Learning is not one-size-fits-all. We believe every child is capable of learning in their own way, at their own pace. ABA allows us to break down barriers and unlock the joy of discovery, communication, and self-expression.
To overcome is not to erase struggle, but to rise through it. We honor each child’s journey by helping them overcome the obstacles that interfere with their ability to thrive. With evidence-based interventions, unwavering compassion, and a belief in their potential, we empower each child to move forward, and we overcome, together.
We are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental delays. Our mission is to empower each child to Grow, Learn, and Overcome by delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions that support meaningful progress in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our team works closely with families to create personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each learner, while also providing guidance, training, and encouragement to caregivers along the way.
Rooted in respect, collaboration, and a deep belief in the potential of every child, GLO Therapy is more than a therapy provider, we’re a partner in your child’s journey.
Together, we help children GLO.
ABA therapy is delivered one-to-one in the home, clinic (coming soon), school, or community, based on what’s most beneficial and accessible for the child. All treatment plans are individualized, data-driven, and implemented by trained staff under the supervision of a BCBA.
We understand that behaviors such as tantrums, aggression, elopement, and noncompliance can interfere with learning, social interaction, and family routines. Our behavior reduction services are rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and respect for the unique needs of each child.
Parent Training and Support services are designed to empower families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to extend the impact of ABA therapy far beyond the session. Through individualized training sessions, caregivers learn practical, evidence-based strategies aligned with their child’s treatment goals.
Our behavioral and developmental assessments provide the foundation for effective personalized ABA therapy. These tools allow us to identify skill strengths, development needs, behavior patterns, and barriers to learning, ensuring that every treatment plan is tailored to the child’s unique profile.
We believe that meaningful progress extends beyond the therapy setting and that true growth happens when families, educators, and clinicians work together. Our team works collaboratively with teachers, aides, and school support staff to:
We believe in investing in the future of our field by providing meaningful, high-quality supervision for aspiring behavior analysts. We are excited to provide BCaBA/BCBA Candidate Supervision, designed to support future clinicians with the skills, confidence, and ethical foundation they need to become compassionate, skilled practitioners.
The first step toward accessing ABA therapy is a formal diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This evaluation must come from a qualified medical professional, such as a licensed physician or psychologist. A diagnosis helps unlock access to medically necessary treatment and ensures insurance eligibility.
Once a diagnosis is in place, reach out to initiate services. Our streamlined intake process is designed to reduce wait times and connect families with care as quickly as possible. Simply fill out our intake form to begin your child’s journey with us.
Every child is unique, which is why we start with a one-on-one assessment. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will observe and interact with your child to identify specific needs and strengths. This assessment forms the foundation of a custom ABA treatment plan tailored to support long-term success.
Therapy sessions are delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under the guidance of your child’s BCBA. We focus on consistency, compassion, and evidence-based strategies to promote meaningful growth across communication, social, and behavioral skills.
We believe in holistic care. Our team works closely with parents, schools, and other providers, such as speech, occupational, or physical therapists, to make sure goals are aligned and progress is supported across every environment.
We continuously track your child’s development through data and regular supervision. Parents receive ongoing training and updates, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout the therapy process. Your child’s growth is our shared goal.
